Four Openings for the Price of One!

With four simultaneous openings at Gallery Afero there might finally be a reason to cross that other river and head to New Jersey. On September 10th from 7:00 - 10:00 PM Gallery Afero will host opening receptions for the collection of photographer Eric Wolfe, Obsessive Repair by Caroline Mak, the Inner Man and Outer Man by sculptress Barbara Wallace, as well as a group show in collaboration with GlassRoots. If you can't make it for the opening, this gallery will host you again for a closing party on October 21st, also from 7:00 - 10:00 PM. Who knew that Jersey had more to offer than table flipping and guidettes...

Gallery Aferro is located at 73 Market St. Newark, NJ

Project Lipstick Bubbly Benefit

Project Lipstick hosted a Bubbly Benefit at the Black Label Salon this past week. The event was an incredible success thanks to sponsors like Piper-Heidsiec Champagne, New Beauty Magazine, Pouschine-Cook, Organized Chaos, and of course Black Label Salon 25. Guests of all ages enjoyed champagne and makeovers while supporting this excellent cause. The guest list included our fabulous friends Kellen DeOliviera, Kathy Pfeiffer, Carolyn Gamberoni, Susan Schneider, Katherine White, Erika Billick, Rachel Kirwin, and of course, the hostess Breanna Marie Sage.
After such a successful first benefit, we cannot wait to see what next year's will bring.

Project Lipstick Product Drive

Washington Style Reporter's Bob Bland and Style Magnate's Ian Bone help support the Project Lipstick Product Drive at the Lia Schorr Day Spa. The event is the first big push from the new and exciting charity lead by Breanna Marie Sage. We expect to see many exciting things from this young do-gooder as she reaches out to help women gain the confidence and self esteem to restart their lives - conducting makeup and career clinics in womens shelters in and around NYC.
